Genmai Miso

Antioxidační nápoj, který chrání proti stárnutí a podporuje zdraví zažívacího traktu.   

Suroviny:

(1 porce) – jako čaj, jako polévka, pro zahřátí, a nebo jenom tak

1 polévková lžíce misa GENMAI (miso z hnědé rýže)
50 gr přírodního tofu

Příprava:

Do hrnku dáme lžíci misa pasty GENMAI. Ve varné konvici uvaříme vodu. Po uvaření  ji necháme 2 minuty stát a poté zalijeme miso. Přidáme na kousky nakrájené tofu a řádně promícháme. Dobrou chuť.
