Porridge se švestkami a skořicí

Tahle typicky anglická snídaně Vás zahřeje, podpoří vaše trávení a pomůže regenerovat střeva.

Suroviny:

(pro 2 osoby) 6 lžic ovesných vloček 300 ml vody (případně domácího mandlového mléka) Hrst švestek 1 rolička skořice, nebo 3/4 čajové lžičky

Postup:

Ovesné vločky nechte přes noc namočit v mléce. Pokud máte skořici vcelku, můžete ji také přes noc přidat. Ráno přidejte švestky a vařte asi 8 minut. Poté můžete podávat.
